Making public transport accessible means making the network easier to use for anyone who is mobility impaired, travelling with very young children, using a pushchair, or carrying luggage.
The tram network is entirely accessible. All the tram stops are laid out in an optimal way. Persons who are visually impaired or blind can use the East-to-West guidance system at stops that are shared by several lines.
Most of the bus lines have been certified as accessible to people with reduced mobility (except for the 62 and 69 shuttle buses), together with 86% of the bus stops. Some stops are not yet accessible, in which case the guidance range cannot be used. To identify these stops, please go to the timetable or to the map for the line, where these stops are shown in red.

The PMR service, which is provided by SEMITAG, is a dedicated minibus transport service for mobility-impaired persons, who cannot use the TAG network alone or with a companion, due to their disability.
